I use printer HP PSC 2355 all-in-one. Lately I changed my computer which now uses Windows 7.

Ever since, the scan mode of the printer does not function (I receive a message 'No scan options'). Then, I found out that I can use Windows Fax and Scan. However, I cannot use it for scanning multiple pages.
I am now in an awkward situation but I would not like to change my printer yet. Therefore, could you advise me if (a) I could do something with the printer to enable scanning as before? (b) Help me find out how I could scan multiple pages in one file using the Windows Fax and Scan.

It allows me to optionally scan from auto feeder or flatbed on my MFC, I can preview the picture and crop for final scanning, it allows me to open the scanned image in Paint for further editing and for insertion into a Word document. This works on a networked MFC printer.As regards scanning multiple pages from the feeder, well I CAN scan several pages and save them as a single multipage PDF document using the current version (April 2015).I have no need for the rather befuddled hapless mess of bloated Brother and Nuance PaperPort software (really, what are they thinking!!!) which I have now very happily removed from my computer. The native Windows 8 driver is excellent for scanning with Windows Scan.
